Maximizing Student Potential Through Excellence in Teaching
Our teachers are committed to maximizing each student’s potential. Through ongoing professional development in the latest assessment strategies, including the Assessment Waterfall Framework, we provide targeted feedback that builds confidence and improves learning outcomes, particularly in writing.
We believe strong parent/carer partnerships are essential. We maintain open communication through clear protocols, regular KLA updates, and proactive engagement.
Living Well, Learning Well Framework
We nurture students through our Living Well, Learning Well (LWLW) framework, fostering a supportive community where our students feel valued, cared for and respected, and are learners. Where they thrive emotionally, socially, and spiritually, built on positive relationships, restorative practices, and open family communication.
St Mary’s offers a vibrant array of extracurricular opportunities. From chess and sewing club to choir and public speaking, plus Eisteddfod competitions, students can explore their passions and develop new talents under the guidance of our dedicated staff.

Instilling Compassion and Social Responsibility
We instill compassion and social responsibility by engaging students in meaningful community service, including volunteering at the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA).
